What We Do
Treat complex pelvic health and persistent pain conditions through a four-step approach:

INVESTIGATE
Discover what factors might be contributing to symptoms.

RESET
Reduce symptoms and tissue irritability through individually tailored strategies like massage, dry needling, cupping, stretching, breathwork and meditation.

RETRAIN
Improve coordination and efficiency of the movement system through Pilates and functional exercise.

RETURN
Return to activities that you value by loading the body and making training harder than daily life so daily life becomes easier. This phase can last as long as you choose. We will walk this journey with you as long as you would like us as a partner. No fear of us pushing you out the door after 6 sessions!
