15-minute core screen to assess for DRA, c-section scar mobility, muscle strength, and pressure management.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A forfeiture of class credit may apply for late cancellations and missed classes (group Pilates). A 50% fee may apply for late cancellations and missed appointments (PT or private Pilates sessions). The full service fee may apply if there has been more than one missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding as we work to provide the best service to everyone in the community.
